Ordering through our website is easy - click on the "Add to Cart" button found in the details page for the item. This takes you to your shopping basket and the secure checkout. All orders are shipped on the same or next business day. However, if an item is out of stock but is available via “made to order”, we will notify you via email after receiving your order. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery for out of stock items or made-to-order items. If you require any items by a certain date, please let us know through the “note/comments” box at checkout.
At Songbird Serenity, we aim to provide excellent customer service and a safe and secure online environment. Songbird Serenity accepts credit card and Paypal payments via the Paypal website. Used by over 3 million Australians, with PayPal you can make payments quickly, easily and securely online. Alternatively should you wish to pay by online bank transfer, please email us at info@SongbirdSerenity.com.au and one of our friendly staff will assist in providing our bank account details.
For Australian customers, we have a variety of shipping options which will be shown at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm will ship on the same day while all others will be sent on the following day. We also ship worldwide. Please contact us for overseas deliveries and we will provide a quote for your shipping cost. We charge an estimate of $18 for shipping and we will contact you if shipping is more or less than expected. However feel free to contact us if you would like to know your exact shipping cost before placing your order.
As a Songbird Serenity customer, we want you to be completely happy each time you shop with us. If an item is faulty, we will happily offer you an exchange, store credit or refund, within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at info@SongbirdSerenity.com.au with a description of the faulty item or items and return within 14 days of purchase so we can proceed with providing you with an exchange, store credit or refund based on your choice. Please do not return items before contacting us.
We do not refund if you simply change your mind, however, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange or be given a store credit. You will be responsible for any return postage charges and all returned goods must be in their original packaging and in excellent re-sealable condition, unwashed and unworn. If an exchange is required, please kindly include a self address satchel or post pack with stamps.
